JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
3. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.
4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet high-quality standards, adhering to industry best practices and company procedures.
6. Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimizing financial risks.
7. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and other relevant information to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
8. Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and participating in industry events.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
3. Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
