• Develop and deliver training programs for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and regular feedback.
• Create training manuals, guides, and documentation to support learning.
• Conduct training sessions using various methods such as workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with management to identify process gaps and training opportunities.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices in process training.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in process training or a related role, preferably in the BPO or IT industry.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools (e.g., LMS, presentation software).
• Ability to create engaging training content and materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and outcomes.
• Experience in conducting assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
