Program Manager

Job Description

• Program Planning & Execution :
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee multiple Agile projects, ensuring that they are properly scoped, resourced, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Work closely with product owners, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals, deliverables, and expectations are clear.
• Scrum Leadership :
• Serve as a Scrum Master for cross-functional teams, guiding them to follow Scrum best practices and Agile principles.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, ensuring continuous improvement and timely delivery of program milestones.
• Stakeholder Management :
• Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and senior executives.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and executive teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the program lifecycle.
• Risk and Issue Management :
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, proactively taking steps to mitigate them.
• Develop contingency plans and ensure that the team is prepared to respond to challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
