Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor - Inside Sales at AIMLAY located in Rohini. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for conducting interpersonal communication with potential students, providing customer service, engaging in sales activities, and assisting in educational guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective customers through inbound leads follow up on calls (leads are provided).
  • Converting the leads via Outbound calls Explaining the services and converting the provided leads into Sales.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and perform effective sales calls demos to prospects.
  • Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects (lead)
  • Closing: Negotiate and finalize sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction/retention.
