IT Customer Service Representative

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

As an IT Customer Service Representative, you will manage delivery for IT production systems and services. You will drive incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and promptly resolving any technical issues that arise.

• Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
• Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
• Assist users with technical issues and provide solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Document and track all customer interactions and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Customer Service Operations.
• Strong understanding of IT production systems and services.
• Knowledge of incident, issue, and outage management processes.
• Familiarity with investigation and restoration techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
