We are looking for a Company Secretary with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate records, and providing advice to the board of directors.
Responsibilities- Preparing and filing statutory documents with the Registrar of Companies
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining corporate records and minute books
- Organizing and attending board and shareholder meetings
- Providing advice to the board of directors on corporate governance issues
- Assisting with the preparation of annual reports and financial statements
- Maintaining a register of shareholders and monitoring changes in share ownership
- Assisting with the drafting of legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
- Liaising with external auditors, lawyers, and regulatory authorities
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or Business Administration
- Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
