Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Tele Sales Executive to join our team at CureMyKnee. This is a full-time junior-level position located in South Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience and possess a strong passion for sales and customer service.
Qualifications And Skills- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or a relevant sales role.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and provide product information.
- Customer service orientation aimed at creating a positive experience for customers.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Persistence to follow through with leads and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of business development strategies and techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote CureMyKnee services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and provide detailed information about our offerings.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed guidance to clients.
