We are looking for a dedicated Tele Sales Executive to join our team at CureMyKnee. This is a full-time junior-level position located in South Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience and possess a strong passion for sales and customer service.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or a relevant sales role.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and provide product information.
• Customer service orientation aimed at creating a positive experience for customers.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
• Persistence to follow through with leads and close sales.
• Basic knowledge of business development strategies and techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote CureMyKnee services.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and provide detailed information about our offerings.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed guidance to clients.
