Role Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at Avataar Skincare Technologies, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and managing a pipeline of potential clients. You will engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other online platforms to promote our skincare products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information on products and services
  • Conduct product presentations, explain product benefits, and guide customers to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Update and manage the CRM system with accurate customer data and sales activities
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to close sales
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new market opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service (preferably in the skincare or beauty industry)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for skincare and wellness
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
