• Define and implement a comprehensive strategy for platform and Meta functionalities etc., aligning with the company's overall objectives
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of platform
• Enhance meta features that support user engagement and retention, such as leaderboards, achievements, and social interactions
• Demonstrate familiarity and comfort with machine learning technologies and their application in enhancing platform features, particularly in fraud detection and user engagement
• Leverage data analytics to understand user behavior and optimize these platform features for improved user experience
• Work closely with engineering, data science, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of platform features
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and technical experts focused on platform development
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance platform capabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Ensure all platform features comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and financial regulations

• Experience: 5-10 years in product management, with significant experience in platform development, or consumer digital entertainment sectors. Experience in the gaming sector is highly desirable
• Knowledge of machine learning applications in fraud detection and user engagement
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and building consensus
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with uncertainty and ability to roll up their sleeves to get things done
• High agency and experience working with multiple teams to get things done
• Strong leadership qualities with an emphasis on team development and empowerment
