We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President POM Product Owner to join our Middle Office Solutions team. This role is located in Pune or Chennai HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Deliver to product roadmap as per group prioritization
- Participate in quarterly planning and ensure alignment with group deliverables
- Act as primary point of escalation with the agile group
- Act as primary point of contact to resolve dependencies across other groups for own deliverables
- Ability to roll up sleeves and pitch for discussions, requirements gathering, JIRA story writing, acceptance criteria
- Review of the testing results and approval based on meeting requirements
- Work closely with scrum lead to ensure agile team progress for deliverables
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree with experience is working within technology/business organizations aligned with Middle Office/financial services
- Ability to quickly learn and map business process to systems & capabilities.
- Perform business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, detailed data analysis, data mapping and testing while collaborating with business teams.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and scrum sessions with the development teams.
- Facilitate technology projects from start to finish, including gathering/documenting requirements, communicating with the development team, and overseeing/assisting with testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Oracle/SQL Skills, JIRA experience is required
- Experience with client onboarding projects for Investment Operations outsourcing is desirable.
- Knowledge of data management, data governance and operational data stores
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Investment operations workflows and functions.
- Ability to influence the agile group members to achieve the desired goals/outcomes
