Job Description

Job Summary: The Senior Delivery Manager, Delivery Excellence and Engagement Delivery Lead, will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs, driving delivery excellence, and leading engagement delivery efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex projects and programs, ensuring they meet quality, scope, and budget requirements.
• Drive delivery excellence by implementing best practices, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee engagement delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the delivery teams.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is highly desirable
