• 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales
• Proficiency in sales operations and processes
• Strong communication and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of presales and inside sales techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their solar energy needs
• Conduct sales pitches and presentations to promote solar solutions
• Manage sales inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
