Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Prepare various reports including daily, weekly, monthly project reports.

Provide administrative support to construction lead, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

Assist construction lead in planning and executing construction projects.

Assist in the coordination of permits, inspections, and approvals required for construction projects.

Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely completion.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, permits, etc.

Communicate project status to stakeholders and escalate issues, as necessary.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Coordinate and track project change orders, ensuring all changes are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Working with the QS team to compile the cost reports and cash flows in the project.

Monitor and report on project financial performance, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs.

Compile all the checklist in the project.

Prepare risk log and track the same in the project.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Assist the construction lead in the pre-construction phase and post-construction of the project.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years for Green Field Projects

Base build projects working with Owner/Developer/PMC. Experience in Hospital Industries is added advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) in Civil Engineering from College or University in a technical area of study.

Or

 B.  Arch in any specialization

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from co-workers, and/or supervisor.

Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.

Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.

Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.

Other:

Excellent knowledge & skills in AutoCAD, MSP and MS Office.

Working experience in MS Project, excel, words, power point and power BI.

Knowledge of Architect/Consultant/PM/CM contracts and agreements
