Overview:
The Senior Manager - Delivery will lead the team of BPO and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions across the account. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in RPA technologies and experience in managing a team of developers and analysts.The Senior Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, optimize processes, and drive efficiency through intelligent automation solutions. This role combines strategic planning, technical expertise, and leadership in RPA project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development- Develop and drive the RPA strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Define, prioritize, and oversee the RPA project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance for RPA development and deployment.
Project Management & Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of RPA projects, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.- - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of RPA solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
- - Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of RPA developers, analysts, and project managers.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify skill gaps, and provide training opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- - Collaborate with business leaders to identify process automation opportunities, analyze requirements, and define project scope.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for RPA initiatives.
- - Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable RPA solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, data privacy, and information security requirements in all RPA projects.
- Conduct periodic audits and assessments to maintain a high standard of RPA performance.
- - Evaluate and incorporate emerging RPA technologies and best practices to enhance automation capabilities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, optimize RPA performance, and reduce maintenance costs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on RPA metrics, providing insights to improve operational efficiency
