Sales Manager, Cricbuzz (TIL) - We are looking for an experienced business professional who has worked in digital

media ad sales. The candidate should have a great relationship with direct advertisers and agencies. He/ She

should be able to on-board new customers for Cricbuzz.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for revenue numbers from the assigned market/ clients.
• Target new customers and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify sales leads, prospects, and opportunities for business growth
• Understand the clients business and identify marketing needs and pain points
• Develop proposals, make pitches, and close opportunities
• Have a strong understanding of company products, competition in the market, and positioning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and agencies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and deliverables
• Monitor, analyze sales, and market trends and develop an effective strategic sales plan
• Consistently deliver sales targets every month and develop sales strategy by market

Prerequisites:

• The candidate should have a great relationship with mid & Senior executives in advertising agencies and brands.
• Should be able to open doors and conversations started with their experience
• Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of branding-driven digital advertising
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborator and team player
• Detail-oriented, well organized with a good sense of responsibility
• Drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and ambiguities
• Proficient and advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
