Inviting applications for the role of for the role of AM, Customer Communication Specialist.In this role, the individual will be responsible for supporting the delivery of integrated, omni-channel customer communications campaigns, including regulatory, crisis, and change communications. The role involves supporting the Customer Communications Senior Manager to deliver helpful and concise information to customers.
Responsibilities- Work on the implementation of communication plans for regulatory, product, and crisis communications.
- Develop and execute customer campaigns and communications.
- Create and edit original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets client/company needs and deadlines.
- Connect with internal and external parties to learn about their content needs.
- Conduct research to formulate ideas or support writing.
- Learn about the target audience for copy.
- Assist in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure communications are accurate, compliant, on brand, and reach business objectives.
- Adhere to the existing quality control process.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor&rsquos degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience of working in financial services
- 4 years demonstrated experience working in a communications role with an emphasis on writing and executing customer communications.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure messaging is relevant, concise, and engaging.
- Highly organized, a skilled collaborator with an ability to excel under pressure.
- Copywriting experience with an ability to shift to unplanned and changing priorities with ease.
- Experience in leading integrated campaigns and working with creative agencies (in-house or external).
- Excellent written communication skills with an in depth understanding of digital channels and communication design.
