About the Role:

  • The Executive - L & D is responsible for designing, delivering, and enhancing employee training programs, identifying learning needs, developing solutions, and evaluating their impact to drive growth and success.
  • The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Learning & Development:

  • Conducting & Coordinate training sessions, workshops and webinars
  • Maintaining training records and ensuring compliance with learning objectives
  • Administering the Learning Management System where courses are created and assigned to employees and coordinating with the Global LMS team for any requirements
  • Providing Email & Phone support for general employee queries around the LMS
  • Maintaining up-to-date training and development records by extracting training reports every month from the LMS and providing the same to the Group Company
  • Ensuring all new hires have completed the specific mandatory online modules within the stipulated time
  • Managing/uploading/designing online content on the LMS for our employees to view and tracking completion of the same
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees. Communicate effectively and provide regular updates on L&D initiatives.

Competencies (Skills essential to the role):

  • Conducting behavioral and soft skills training experience
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, analyse data, and prepare reports.
  • G-Suite Proficiency
  • Experience with e-learning development tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles, to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

  • Masters Degree in HR or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
  • Flexible to travel (not extensively)
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant or equivalent experience, preferably in facilitating training,
