Responsibilities:1.Customer Acquisition:Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and social media.Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products/services.2.Sales Presentations:Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.Clearly articulate value propositions and address customer concerns to secure deals.3.Relationship Building:Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster long-term partnerships.Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to anticipate and respond to changing market dynamics.4.Sales Pipeline Management:Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals.Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and results.5.Quota Achievement:Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the team.6.Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.Provide product demonstrations and training as needed.7.Customer Service:Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.8.Collaboration:Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer journey.Qualifications:Proven experience of 1 years in B2C / B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets , or Fresher In MBAExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Must Have Bike with Valid License , Must Have Minimum 2 years of B2C Sales Experience
