The Job in a Nutshell💡
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Ride-Hailing to drive the optimization, scalability, and growth of our relevant marketplace, ensuring seamless experiences for both riders and drivers.
This role is critical in balancing supply and demand, enhancing dispatch efficiency, and optimizing pricing strategies to improve ride fulfillment rates and cost efficiency. You will leverage data-driven insights and automation to refine matching algorithms, reduce wait times, and improve overall marketplace performance.
To truly understand the challenges faced by drivers and riders, you will spend time in the field, experiencing first-hand the dynamics of ride-hailing operations. Your ability to translate real-world pain points into impactful product solutions will be key to success.
As a first-principles problem solver, you will own end-to-end product strategy, execution, and continuous iteration, working closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to drive innovation. What You Will Do💡- Product Development: Lead the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10, ensuring successful launches and continuous improvements.
- Feature Innovation: Design and develop new product features to improve user experience and boost engagement.
- User Funnel Management: Oversee all user funnels, optimizing onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Revenue Optimization: Drive initiatives to enhance Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and overall monetization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, data, notifications, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of product features.
- User Onboarding & Retention: Improve the onboarding flow and retention strategies to increase user lifetime value.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to enhance conversion rates across the user funnel and drive growth.
Requirements
What Are We Looking For❓- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management within B2C products (B2B experience is a plus).
- Strong expertise in taking products from concept to launch and scaling them successfully.
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration to drive product success.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to optimize product performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders.
- Degree from a premium educational institute.
- Ability to work from the office, 5 days a week.
- Experience working in ride-hailing, mobility, or marketplace products.
- Background in growth strategies, funnel optimization, and revenue enhancement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
