The role involves system monitoring, user troubleshooting, and basic security administration to ensure smooth operations and compliance adherence.Key Responsibilities:Manage user creation, role assignments, and authorizations in S/4HANA systems.Perform role and authorization checks to resolve user access issues.Handle SAP ECC/S4 HANA user license administration.Monitor and respond to security alerts and audit logs.Maintain system documentation and generate periodic reports on system performance and compliance.Skills and Qualifications:Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and BASIS & Security components.Knowledge of user, role, and SAP license administration in SAP.Education and Experience:1–3 years of experience in SAP BASIS and Security.Basic understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing tools is a plus.
