Job Description

This role will involve client interaction, vendor negotiations, and handling all aspects of small-scale meetings and events within the MICE domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Domestic Group Tour Operations efficiently.
• Handle customer queries and collaborate with the sales team to close queries.
• Prepare client proposals, presentations, and estimates.
• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, including hotels, transporters, DMCs, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end operations for small meetings and MICE events.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-8 years of experience in the MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events).
• Proven experience in handling corporate MICE groups.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Established network within the travel industry (DMCs, vendors, hoteliers, transporters, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in coordinating and finalizing vendor arrangements for smooth event execution.
• Good travel history, both domestic and international.
• Comfortable traveling with senior executives and premium groups.
