We are looking for a highly experienced Finance Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 14-20 years of experience in the finance industry, with a strong background in accounting, financial analysis and management. The position is based in India and requires an in-depth understanding of the Indian market and regulatory environment.

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Provide financial advice and support to the senior management team, including the CEO and Board of Directors
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities for the company
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of taxes and other statutory obligations
• Manage relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders, including banks, investors and government authorities
• Lead, motivate and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support as required

• Chartered Accountant
• Professional certification such as CA
• Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role, with 14-20 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations and financial laws
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support as required
• High level of proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel
