We are seeking a highly-skilled Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of contract management in our organization. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in contract management and should be well-versed with the job market context of India.

• Develop and implement effective contract management policies and procedures
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and clients
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Review and approve contract amendments and modifications
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract requirements are met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contractual matters
• Manage contract-related disputes and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in contract management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of Indian contract law and regulations
• Ability to analyze complex legal and financial documents
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
