Job Overview

This is a full-time position with a junior level designation and requires 3 - 8 years of experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3 - 8 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of financial audits and tax returns
• Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in financial records
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper financial management
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
