Outside India, Muthoot Finance is established in the UK, the US, and the United Arab Emirates.Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound calls and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong ability to convert leads into sales.Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers convincingly. Convert leads into confirmed sales by handling objections and providing solutions. 2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Build long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service.
Follow up with interested customers and handle queries efficiently. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers. 3. Target Achievement & Sales Performance: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Work with the team to achieve overall business goals. Identify and suggest strategies to improve sales performance. 4. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions. Provide daily/weekly reports on sales progress to the manager.
