Job Description
The following goals are expected to be achieved independently:
- Successful planning and implementation of IT projects through quality assurance, adherence to deadlines and milestones, as well as project budgets and proactive risk management
- Active information and communication to the steering committee and all stakeholders in the project
- End-to-end effectiveness of IT governance in accordance with DPS requirements
- Comprehensive transparency of projects as well as resource requirements and availability
- Competitive advantages and a high level of profitability through efficient project implementation
- Comprehensive transparency of completed projects, their status, components and costs for a cause-based breakdown for customers.
- Maximum efficiency and exploitation of synergies between projects
- Congruence with strategic goals in the further development and enforcement of defined standards and guidelines in project planning and implementation
- Maintenance of needs-based IT security and comprehensive stability, availability, confidentiality and integrity of IT resources and goods (information, systems, projects and services) in the identification and introduction and further development of new IT solutions
- Proof of compliance and end-to-end assurance of information and data protection
