Job profile:
TheSales & Business DevelopmentManager will work across multiple independent accounts targeting the entire Maharashtra. You will have to meet and exceed revenue objectives through set seasonal sales targets and business goals.
In addition to managing existing accounts, you must grow the business and find new opportunities within the industry. You should be an expert in your geographic territory and understand customer needs by region. You will need to establish and maintain strong relationships with the accounts.

To develop a strong foundation with architects and interior designers to bring in business through them
Anunderstandingofcurrentproducts, trends and collections and ensuring that customers areinformedandaware
Meet and exceed seasonal sales targets
Have a strong understanding of assigned accounts, educating internally on both business processes and consumer dynamics
Establish and maintain strong relationships with accountswhere you may also have to take them for lunches, dinners or hi-teas
Manage accounts from seasonal sell-in appointments, order processing, deliveries and shipments, returns and payment queries
Continually analyse customer sell-through, highlighting strengths and repeat business as well as concerns and actioning accordingly
Work with Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and plans to support sell-thru and growth expansion in these accounts
Requirements Of The Role
Relevant sales experience in the luxury interior industry
A natural networker, who easily builds relationships and gets energized by customer contact
Goal oriented, turns targets into actions and is persistent to go beyond. Turns deadlines into a healthy pressure to perform
Good negotiating, social and influencing skills
Strong organizational skills.
Self-starter who can work independently and in teams
Excellent English with good verbal communication
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Confident enough to travel across entire Maharashtra, arranging meetings with the potential clients and bring in the business
Personal database of architects and interior designers would be a plus
