Location : ChennaiPosition: Marketing ExecutiveTwo wheeler: PreferredPosition Overview: A Marketing Executive in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase sales, and drive customer engagement.
This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution: Develop and implement marketing plans to promote FMCG products.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital, offline, and in-store promotions. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor strategies. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
2. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand positioning and identity. Develop compelling brand stories and messaging to attract target consumers. Collaborate with creative agencies for branding, packaging, and advertising materials. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
3. Product Launch & Promotion: Plan and execute new product launches, ensuring maximum visibility and sales impact. Organize promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships. Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns. 4. Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
Develop content strategies for social media, website, and email marketing. Analyze digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns accordingly. 5. Sales & Distribution Support: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Provide marketing support for retail and distribution channels. Develop point-of-sale (POS) materials to enhance product visibility. 6. Market Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct surveys and gather consumer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
Analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed marketing decisions. Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative marketing tactics. 7. Budgeting & ROI Analysis: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
