Job Title: International Sales Manager or Global Sales Manager
As an International Sales Manager at Amitoje India, you will take charge of expanding our footprint globally, focusing on large corporations and international clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, perseverance, and excellent communication skills to navigate the complexities of international sales cycles.You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding global market dynamics, and driving high-value sales across various regions. You'll engage with top FMCG, retail, and exhibition companies globally, promoting our innovative, patented retail display solutions, which include foldable, space-saving designs.
Your Daily Mission:
Extensive International Engagement: Drive the international sales process by targeting key global markets (Europe, Middle East, USA).
Open positions = 5
CTC: 7-11 LPA (Fixed) + 5-10 LPA (Incentives) + ESOPs- Our incentive structure is best in industry
- ESOPs: Company gives out shares that increase sharply in value, to deserving candidates so someday you can also retire with millions
Experience: Minimum 2 years of international sales experience in retail displays, shop fittings, FMCG, or expo solutions.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Business, International Relations, or a relevant field.
You'll be fit for this role if- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work across cultures and manage client relationships globally.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
- You have a strong track record in meeting international sales targets, managing global clients, and navigating complex sales processes.
- You are a strategic thinker with a creative approach to market expansion.
- You have experience in Sales/BD roles
- You come with a never-give-up attitude
