Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Your role will involve L1 and L2 troubleshooting and providing hardware/software support across server and network areas.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products.
• Configure services running on various platforms.
• Implement technology at the operating system-level.
• Troubleshoot L1 and L2 issues.
• Provide hardware/software support across server and network areas.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions.
• Ensure adherence to defined operating model and processes.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Vmware Virtualization Administration.
• Strong understanding of server administration and maintenance.
• Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with server virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
