As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping credit, business, and collections strategies using data-driven insights. Working closely with leadership, you will craft and execute analytics-driven strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement through data-driven insights.
• Develop hypotheses, design testing frameworks, conduct analyses, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring operational feasibility, successful implementation, and tracking outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts while ensuring timely delivery of projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Coding Skills: Proficiency in Python (mandatory) and SQL for data analysis and query development.
• Project Management: Ability to independently execute projects, mentor junior analysts, and ensure timely completion.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong logical, analytical, and reasoning skills with a rigorous quantitative approach.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, risk, or collections.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, or Operations Research from a Tier 1 institution.
• Experience in a fintech or similar data-driven industry is preferred.
