About The Role

You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company&aposs continued growth and success.

• Source and screen candidates through ATS, and various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional candidate experience.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Track key metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, to measure recruitment effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and career days.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives to enhance the company&aposs image as an employer of choice.

• Master&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Experience with social media recruiting is a plus.
• Must have Experience in the US Healthcare Staffing hiring is a plus.
