Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in HR processes and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related events and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries and support HR operations.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related documents.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
  • Support training and development initiatives by coordinating sessions and materials.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
