About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition to lead our hiring efforts while also performing as a hands-on individual contributor. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition in the ed-tech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Individual Contribution:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and niche roles.
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates through innovative sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and leveraging recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate capabilities, and provide insightful recommendations.
  1. Strategic Talent Acquisition:
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.
  • Identify and attract top talent to meet the business&aposs dynamic needs.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand workforce planning requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities and processes.
  1. Employer Branding:
  • Lead initiatives to promote the company as a preferred employer in the ed-tech industry.
  • Leverage social media, industry events, and partnerships to strengthen employer visibility.
  1. Process Optimization:
  • Streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and enhance recruitment performance.
  1. Industry Expertise:
  • Keep abreast of ed-tech trends and competitor hiring practices.
  • Build and maintain strong networks within the industry to access top-tier talent.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Confident and result oriented candidate with 3-7 years of experience in Edtech. as an individual contributor.
  • Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the ed-tech sector and its unique talent needs.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Self-Starter: Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment processes.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics platforms.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • Opening - 2 nos.
