We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. To be successful as an HR intern.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the HR domain and contribute to the smooth functioning of our HR processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assisting in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires.
HR Operations:
Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
Assisting with the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Policy Implementation:
Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
Training and Development:
Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training calendars.
Assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Skill Requirements:
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
