Job Description: Marketing ExecutivePosition Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive institutional tie-ups, franchise business development, and lead generation for our diverse educational verticals at URBX Group. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between our institution and external stakeholders, ensuring growth and visibility across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Institutional Tie-Ups:
o Promote educational programs and services to institutional stakeholders through presentations, meetings, and networking events.
- Franchise Business Development:
o Provide end-to-end support for franchise acquisition, from initial contact to agreement finalization.
o Ensure consistent alignment of franchise operations with organizational standards.
- Lead Generation:
o Utilize digital marketing, offline campaigns, and networking events to identify prospective students and partners.
o Track, analyze, and optimize lead generation efforts to meet enrollment targets.
- Brand Promotion:
o Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with branding objectives.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
MBA/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel for institutional visits and franchise meetings.
