Job Description

Business Process Analysis

• Resolve Materials Management related issues and ensure Business Continuity for Sites within SAP S4 HANA Landscape related to MM
• Proactively Identify process improvement opportunities and drive process re-engineering /transformation
• Engage and manage senior functional stakeholders through effective communication and ensuring business needs are met in a timely manner.
• Liaise with external vendors with regards to configuration, implementation and maintenance of MM if needed
• Lead Business Application enhancements in the event of organizational changes or changes to business processes
• Analyze business processes to determine and recommend IT solutions taking into consideration the business objectives, issues and the functional capabilities of the business applications in use (B) Business Applications' Support
• Coordinate with business users, peers in IT Centre of Excellence and third party AMS support team to ensure timely and quality support to incidents and change requests to business applications.
• Effectively communicate application changes and issues to business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensure adequate process controls, process documentation and process governance in support of business applications and also provide support to internal and external application audits.

The Successful Applicant

Mandatory Skills Required:

• Experienced SAP Materials Management Consultant having experience in leading SAP S4HANA MM, Roll Outs and PGLS Support; ensuring Timely Issues resolution and ensure smooth functioning of the SAP MM Module.
• At least 3- 5 Implementation/Roll Out/PGLS/RUN/Upgrade with overall 10 plus years of SAP MM experience.
• Extensive Business Analyst experience in Materials Management, mapping them to SAP MM functionalities; and develop solution catering to business needs through Implementation of Procurement, Inventory Management, WM/eWM, QM, MDM and third-party tools (such as Ariba).
• Strong Integration knowledge of SAP Materials Management module with other business processes of SAP FI, CO, PP, SD, PM, QM etc.
• Experience in designing and driving automation initiatives in P2P. Also having fair understanding of the O2C, R2R using RPA, OCR etc. involving integration with non-SAP applications.
• Ability to work and deliver in a Global Delivery Model.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills to manage and influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience of agile ways of working for Design and Build
• Expert understanding of overall process of Greenfield/Brownfield

Preferred Experience (Industry/therapy/function no. of years): * Experienced in processes related to Medical Devices in Healthcare Industry; especially processes related to providing equipment, tools and devices deployed in diagnostics for 2 to 3 years * Pharma / Chemical / Process Industry
