Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Human Resources Operations Specialist WITH 2-3 YEARS of overall experience.
This role will focus on driving employee engagement activities, ensuring the smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, managing HR documentation, and utilizing HRMS tools for payroll and attendance management. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to bring excitement and motivation to the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement Leadership:
- Take full ownership of organizing and executing vibrant employee engagement activities that promote team collaboration, positivity, and company culture.
- Plan and execute a variety of events, including team-building exercises, celebrations, wellness programs, and special interest groups.
- Energize the workforce by organizing initiatives to celebrate work anniversaries, festivals, and milestones, ensuring participation and excitement.
- Drive recognition and reward programs that keep employees motivated and engaged.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Lead the onboarding experience for new employees with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and excited to start their journey with the company.
- Manage the offboarding process to ensure smooth transitions, conducting exit interviews and supporting the final settlement processes.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Ensure all employee documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including contracts, compliance documents, and personal records.
- Maintain HRMS data integrity, ensuring seamless access to employee information and smooth data updates.
Employee Grievance Handling:
- Act as a supportive and approachable point of contact for employee concerns, providing a positive and empathetic approach to conflict resolution.
- Investigate and resolve grievances promptly, collaborating with the HR team to ensure timely follow-up and compliance.
Performance Metrics and Reviews:
- Support the performance review process by assisting with goal setting and tracking.
- Monitor employee performance and assist in identifying growth opportunities and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure performance evaluations are motivating and constructive.
HRMS and Payroll Management:
- Manage HRMS functions for employee attendance tracking, leave management, and data updates.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately, with attention to attendance and leave calculations, working closely with the finance team for seamless payroll administration.
Continuous Engagement Strategy:
- Create and implement new engagement programs that are innovative, interactive, and keep employees energized about their roles and the company's mission.
- Gather regular feedback from employees on engagement activities, making adjustments to continuously improve the work culture.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in HR operations, employee engagement, or a related role with a focus on organizing activities and fostering a fun, engaging work environment.
