Job Description
- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
- Minimum of 5 years in a focused sourcing or category management environment, with comparable experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
- Apply advanced procurement techniques and negotiation strategies to secure favorable agreements that meet organizational requirements.
- Develop comprehensive cost models and business cases to drive value-based decision-making.
- Implement supplier management best practices, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and market conditions to inform sourcing strategies.
- Lead and execute sourcing programs, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Utilize e-sourcing and e-RFx platforms to streamline the contracting process and enhance procurement efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in cost modeling and business case development.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supplier management best practices.
- Familiarity with e-sourcing tools and contracting processes.
- Advanced negotiation capabilities with a proven track record of delivering favorable agreements.
- Program management experience to handle complex sourcing initiatives.
