Position Overview :
As a Customer Care Executive specializing in Mizo-speaking clientele, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support tailored to our Miso-speaking customers. Your primary role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills in both Miso and English, and a genuine passion for assisting customers.
Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to Miso-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for enhancement in processes and services.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Uphold company values and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Fluent in both Miso and English languages (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role, preferably with Miso-speaking clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
