Position Overview :

As a Customer Care Executive specializing in Mizo-speaking clientele, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support tailored to our Miso-speaking customers. Your primary role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills in both Miso and English, and a genuine passion for assisting customers.

Responsibilities :

  1. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to Miso-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
  3. Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
  4. Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for enhancement in processes and services.
  7. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
  8. Uphold company values and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
Requirements :
  1. Fluent in both Miso and English languages (written and verbal).
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role, preferably with Miso-speaking clientele.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  5. Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
