Job Summary: The Junior Accountant will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and assisting in financial reporting. Managing and organizing financial records and documents. Preparing and filing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports. Handling petty cash and preparing bills and receipts.
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. TDS GST and income taxKey Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers. Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Taxation & Compliance: Assist in filing GST, TDS, and other tax-related documents. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies. Bank Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and analyze financial reports for management. Payroll & Expense Management: Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
