Job Overview

This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Experience with direct sales and product marketing
• Familiarity with client onboarding processes
• A customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Assist the sales and marketing team in implementing strategies to drive business growth
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Assist with customer onboarding and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into customers
• Assist in creating and maintaining marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content
• Help organize and attend promotional events, such as trade shows and conferences
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports
