IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in system administration, endpoint security, and IT support.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring systems operate securely and efficiently.
• Configure and oversee Microsoft Intune policies to enforce endpoint security and compliance.
• Monitor and maintain company IT assets, coordinating with vendors for procurement and issue resolution.
• Ensure data security compliance with ISO standards and assist in audit processes.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage IT ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical requests.
• Monitor and support network infrastructure and endpoint devices to optimize performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, endpoint security, and compliance policies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Knowledge of IT asset management and vendor coordination.
• Understanding of data security best practices and ISO compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
