We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with a proven track record in IT services, particularly application services. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales expertise, exceptional communication skills, and experience in international sales.This role requires cold calling, email campaigning, stakeholder management, and lead generation to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development- Generate and convert leads for application services through international calls, cold outreach, and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline targeting global markets.
- Drive B2B sales, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure high performance.
- Delegate tasks effectively, track team progress, and provide regular feedback to optimize results.
- Engage with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across multiple geographies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential international clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to enhance outreach and brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead conversions, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in international sales, preferably in IT services or application services.
- Strong expertise in B2B sales, lead generation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging international clients.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and guiding sales teams.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email campaigning platforms, and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of IT services and application services is a plus.
