Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketplace strategies for Amazon UAE, Noon, Namshi, Carrefour, and other regional platforms.
- Develop and execute category strategies to enhance product visibility and profitability.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and brand partners to strengthen marketplace presence.
- Expertise in cross-border e-commerce, logistics, and compliance for UAE markets.
- Optimize sponsored ads and bidding strategies to enhance ROAS, visibility, and conversions on marketplace platforms.
- Conduct in-depth research on consumer trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to develop data driven strategies for market positioning and growth
- Handle client interactions, marketplace negotiations, and performance reports for UAE-based brands and partners.
- Experience in team coordination across different regions (India & UAE).
- Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in E-commerce, Marketplace Management
- Industry Exposure: Hands-on experience in Fashion & Apparel, Beauty & Personal Care & other D2C/E commerce verticals is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ROI optimization, pricing strategies, ad performance tracking, and revenue forecasting.
- Prior experience handling UAE, GCC, or other global e-commerce marketplaces is must.
Location & Flexibility: The role is based in Noida, but open to travel in GCC countries (if required)
