Responsible AI Engineer

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Your typical day will involve evaluating AI systems, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance ethical and responsible practices.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Assess AI systems for adherence to predefined thresholds and benchmarks related to responsible, ethical, and sustainable practices.
• Design and implement technology mitigation strategies for systems to ensure ethical and responsible standards are achieved.
• Evaluate AI systems and identify areas of improvement to enhance ethical and responsible practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement responsible AI practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in responsible AI engineering.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.
• Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
