The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.This is a full-time position based in India.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Provide product and service information to customers
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in any field
