Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist with 8+ years of diverse
experience in both fields to join our team. You will play a critical role in managing the full recruitment life
cycle, employee engagement, and operational HR functions, ensuring we attract and retain top talent
while cultivating a positive work environment. Your ability to innovate, collaborate, and adapt to
changing HR landscapes will be key to thriving in this role.
What You Will Do
Talent Acquisition (40%)- Full-Cycle Recruitment (KEY): Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to
- Vendor Management(KEY): Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring
- Sourcing & Pipelining: Use LinkedIn,free job boards, social media, etc. to self source top-tier
- Data-Driven Hiring: Leverage recruitment analytics to improve time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and
- Diversity & Inclusion: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that ensure a diverse
talent pipeline and inclusive hiring practices.
Human Resources (60%)- Culture & Engagement (KEY): Help shape the company's culture through employee engagement
- Employee Relations: Serve as the go-to HR professional for employees, handling inquiries and
- HR Operations: Oversee HR processes such as performance management, employee
- HRIS Management: Maintain and optimize HR systems to streamline processes and provide
- Collaborate with the departments to assess training needs, develop talent development
- Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance reviews, giving
- Oversee general operations in our Jaipur office and give daily reports to the Reporting Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, ideally in fast-paced or growing
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and HR best practices.
- Proficient with HR technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with HRIS,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive approach to come up with initiatives to improve operations.
- Experience in employer branding and creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
