Job Title: Swiggy HDFC Credit Card Sales Executive Job Description: Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition: Actively prospect and acquire new customers for Swiggy HDFC credit card services through various channels such as direct sales, lead generation, and partnerships.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for Swiggy HDFC credit cards. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Swiggy HDFC credit card products, features, and benets.
Effectively communicate these to potential customers to drive sales. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales methods. Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly. Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete documentation for credit card applications. Follow established procedures for the application and approval process. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements: Education: 10 th /12 th/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related eld.
Experience: Previous experience in credit card sales, nancial services, or a related eld is preferred. Sales Skills: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present information clearly and persuasively. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Target-Driven: Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
