NXT GIG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to elevate our social media presence and drive innovative marketing initiatives. In this leadership role, you will oversee and develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives.
You will work closely with the marketing team to create and manage compelling content across various platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand voice and maximizing engagement with our audience. As a senior member of the team, you will analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and mentor junior staff to cultivate their skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of advanced social media marketing strategies intended to drive engagement, increase followers, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Create, edit, and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience across multiple channels.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that social media efforts align with overarching marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure innovative social media practices.
  • Manage and mentor junior coordinators and interns in social media and marketing best practices.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (3-5 years) in social media marketing, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaign management and brand growth.
  • Strong understanding of current social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
